Why do the packages say “starting from”?+
The listed price covers the defined starting scope. Your final quote can change when you need more pages, custom content, CRM complexity, booking integrations, multilingual setup, paid software or a faster delivery timeline.
Is advertising spend included in the package price?+
No. Advertising spend is paid separately by the client. Facebook and Instagram ads management can be added as a separate monthly service when the landing page, tracking and lead-handling process are ready.
Are paid plugins, CRM subscriptions and other software included?+
Third-party software, licences, messaging fees, paid plugins and vendor subscriptions are separate unless your written proposal specifically includes them.
Can YeasinWEB improve our existing travel website instead of rebuilding it?+
Yes. If the existing WordPress website is technically suitable, the scope can focus on restructuring pages, improving enquiry journeys, updating content presentation, connecting tracking and adding CRM functionality instead of rebuilding everything.
Which package is best for a travel agency?+

Can we add CRM or automation later?+
Yes. A website foundation can be expanded later, or CRM setup can be quoted separately. The recommended sequence is to define the enquiry journey first so the CRM stages and automations reflect the real sales process.
How are project payments normally divided?+
The standard structure is 50% deposit, 30% after design or system approval and 20% before final launch. The signed proposal and agreement confirm the exact milestones for your project.
How many revisions are included?+
Project pages normally include two revision rounds. Monthly content uses one consolidated revision round per approved batch. Additional or out-of-scope changes can be quoted separately.
Who is responsible for travel prices, visa information and availability?+
Your business must verify and approve fares, schedules, visa requirements, availability, package terms, policies and operational claims. YeasinWEB structures and presents the approved information but does not independently guarantee travel inventory or official requirements.
Who owns the completed website?+
After all agreed invoices are paid, the client receives access to the final approved website assets included in the agreement. Third-party themes, plugins, software, fonts and media remain subject to their own licences.
