Acceptance and Order of Documents

These Terms and Conditions govern access to yeasinweb.com and the general relationship between you and YeasinWEB. References to “you,” “your” or “client” include the individual using the website and any business or organization represented by that individual.

If you engage YeasinWEB through a proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, project plan, email confirmation or signed agreement, those project-specific documents form part of the agreement.

Eligibility and Business Authority

You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. When using the website or approving a project for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business or have permission from an authorized representative.

YeasinWEB’s services and software resources are primarily intended for business users, agencies, professionals and adults. They are not directed to children.

Permitted Website Use

You may use yeasinweb.com for lawful research, enquiries, project evaluation and access to YeasinWEB content or resources.

You must not:

• Use the website for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, malware distribution or unauthorized access.

Services and Project Agreements

YeasinWEB may offer website strategy, WordPress design, redesign, Local SEO, Google Maps support, SEO content, service and location pages, AI-search visibility, analytics, conversion tracking, website care, security, CRM guidance, automation implementation and related consulting.

Website pages describe general services and possible outcomes. A binding project scope exists only when the parties approve a specific proposal, statement of work, invoice, written confirmation or other project agreement.

Scope, Assumptions and Change Requests

Pricing and timelines are based on the information, assets, requirements, technology and assumptions available when a project is quoted.

A change request may arise when you ask for new pages, redesigns, content, functionality, integrations, rounds of revision, migration work, technical repair or other work beyond the approved scope.

• YeasinWEB may provide an additional quotation or change order.
• Work may pause until the change, fee and revised timeline are approved.
• Urgent or after-hours work may carry an additional fee if accepted.
• Discovery of hidden technical problems may require a revised plan.

Client Responsibilities

Successful delivery depends on timely and accurate client cooperation. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for:

• Providing complete requirements, brand information, business facts, offers, service areas and legal or regulatory instructions.
• Providing authorized access to hosting, WordPress, domains, analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile and necessary platforms.
• Supplying logos, photographs, testimonials, licences and other assets you have the right to use.
• Reviewing drafts, factual claims, spelling, pricing, contact details and legal content before approval or publication.
• Giving consolidated feedback and approvals within the agreed review period.
• Keeping secure backups or authorizing YeasinWEB to create them before high-risk migration or repair work.
• Maintaining valid subscriptions, accounts and payments for third-party tools used by the project.
• Complying with laws, industry rules, advertising policies and platform terms applicable to your business.

YeasinWEB may rely on information and approvals supplied by you and is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete, unauthorized or delayed client materials.

Timelines, Communication and Approvals

Timelines are estimates unless a written agreement expressly states a guaranteed deadline. Delivery may depend on feedback, access, content, third-party services, technical conditions and payment.

• Client delays may extend the delivery date by at least the same length of delay.
• Repeated inactivity may require rescheduling based on current availability.
• An approval by email, message, project tool or other written channel may be treated as authorization to proceed.
• Launch may be delayed until final approval, required access and outstanding payments are received.
• Silence is not automatically approval unless the project agreement clearly provides otherwise.

Revisions and Acceptance

The number and type of revision rounds are limited to those stated in the project scope. A revision adjusts approved work within the original brief; it does not create an entirely new direction, structure, strategy or feature.

• Feedback should be specific, consolidated and submitted through the agreed communication channel.
• Conflicting feedback from multiple stakeholders may delay delivery.
• Additional revision rounds may be billable.
• Work is considered accepted when approved, launched, used commercially or not disputed within an agreed review period.
• Minor defects within scope should be reported promptly and will be reviewed in good faith.

Fees, Deposits, Taxes and Payment

Fees, currency, milestones and payment methods are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless another arrangement is approved in writing, project work may use a 50% deposit before work begins and 50% before launch, final handoff or transfer of production access.

Overdue invoices may result in paused work, delayed launch, restricted support, reasonable collection costs or termination, subject to applicable law and the project agreement.

Cancellation, Suspension and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the project agreement, work completed, reserved capacity, third-party commitments and mandatory law.

• Before work begins, YeasinWEB may deduct non-recoverable transaction or third-party costs from any agreed refund.
• After work begins, deposits and milestone payments may be applied to discovery, strategy, capacity reservation and completed work.
• Completed work, used deliverables and third-party fees are generally not refundable.
• If the client cancels, amounts due for completed work and approved commitments remain payable.
• If YeasinWEB cancels without client breach, any unearned amount should be handled fairly under the project agreement and applicable law.
• Recurring services may require written notice before the next billing period.

Intellectual Property and Deliverable Ownership

Your materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide and grant YeasinWEB a limited licence to use them for the project. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that use.

Final custom deliverables

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, ownership of final custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers only after full payment. Drafts, rejected concepts and unpaid work remain with YeasinWEB.

Pre-existing and reusable materials

YeasinWEB retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, code libraries, design systems, prompts, processes, know-how, checklists and reusable components. You receive the licence needed to use them as part of the delivered project.

Third-party materials

Fonts, plugins, themes, stock assets, software, APIs and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. Transfer of a website does not transfer ownership of third-party products.

Portfolio use

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, YeasinWEB may display publicly launched work, non-confidential screenshots and a factual project description in a portfolio or case study. Sensitive analytics, credentials and private business information will not be intentionally published.

SEO, Content, Local Visibility and Marketing Results

YeasinWEB provides strategy and implementation intended to improve website clarity, technical quality, search visibility, conversion paths, tracking and content coverage. Results depend on many factors outside YeasinWEB’s control.

• No ranking position, traffic level, lead volume, revenue, conversion rate, AI citation or Google Maps result is guaranteed.
• Search engines, AI platforms, ad platforms and directories may change algorithms, policies, interfaces or data.
• Competitors, market demand, reputation, pricing, sales follow-up and client execution affect performance.
• Forecasts, keyword estimates, audits and recommendations are professional opinions, not promises.
• Historical results, case studies and examples do not guarantee the same result for another client.
• Client-approved claims and content remain the client’s responsibility for factual and regulatory accuracy.

AI-Assisted Work and Human Review

YeasinWEB may use artificial-intelligence tools to support research, ideation, drafting, coding, analysis, quality checks, workflow automation or content organization. AI output may contain errors, omissions, bias or outdated information and therefore may require human review and client verification.

• YeasinWEB will not intentionally submit confidential client information to an AI service without a legitimate project purpose and reasonable care.
• You should not provide sensitive personal data, credentials or confidential information unless its use has been agreed.
• You remain responsible for final approval of business facts, professional claims, legal statements and regulated content.
• AI-generated or AI-assisted work does not create a guarantee of originality, legal clearance or platform acceptance.

Website Care, Security, Backups and Hosting

Security and maintenance services reduce risk but cannot eliminate every vulnerability, outage, malware incident, vendor failure or data loss.

• The exact monitoring, backup, update and response scope is limited to the care plan purchased.
• Hosting, domain, email and third-party platform availability remain subject to their providers.
• Updates may occasionally cause conflicts that require additional repair or vendor support.
• Recovery depends on available, usable and current backups.
• Incidents caused by unauthorized changes, weak credentials, expired subscriptions or excluded systems may be separately billable.

Software Resources, Affiliate Links and Vendor Services

YeasinWEB publishes software reviews, comparisons, tutorials, workflow resources and affiliate links for agencies and service businesses. Some links may generate a commission at no extra cost to the visitor.

• Recommendations are based on research, testing, use-case fit and professional judgement; commission does not determine the verdict.
• Affiliate links should be clearly disclosed and may use sponsored-link attributes.
• Software pricing, trials, accounts, billing, renewals, refunds, availability, support, data practices and product terms are controlled by the vendor.

Website and Service Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, free content and general resources are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. YeasinWEB does not promise that every page, link, statement, recommendation or feature will always be current, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.

Specific paid-service warranties, if any, must appear in the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, duty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YeasinWEB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost rankings, lost data, business interruption or reputational harm arising from the website, services, third-party tools or affiliate resources.

Unless a project agreement provides a different lawful limit, YeasinWEB’s total aggregate liability arising from a paid project will not exceed the amount actually paid to YeasinWEB for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold YeasinWEB harmless from third-party claims arising from materials, instructions, claims, products, services or unlawful conduct supplied or approved by you, except to the extent caused by YeasinWEB’s own unlawful conduct.

Suspension and Termination

YeasinWEB may suspend or terminate website access or service work for material breach, unlawful instructions, abuse, security risk, non-payment, repeated failure to cooperate or conduct that makes the project unsafe or impractical.

On termination:

• Amounts due for completed work, approved commitments and non-refundable third-party costs remain payable.
• Access, support and recurring services may stop.
• Paid and completed deliverables will be handled according to the project agreement.
• Confidentiality, payment, intellectual-property, liability, dispute and other clauses intended to survive will continue.

Privacy, Changes and General Legal Terms

Changes to these Terms

YeasinWEB may update these Terms when services, technology, laws or business practices change. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a revised effective date. A material change will not retroactively replace a signed project agreement unless permitted by that agreement or accepted by the parties.

Electronic communications

You agree that proposals, approvals, notices, invoices, signatures and project communications may be delivered electronically where legally permitted.

Assignment

You may not assign a project agreement without written consent. YeasinWEB may assign rights and obligations as part of a lawful business transfer, restructuring or use of approved subcontractors.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver.

Entire agreement

These Terms together with the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice and written project approvals form the agreement for the relevant service.

Governing law and disputes

Unless a written project agreement states otherwise, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without overriding mandatory protections that legally apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and direct discussion. Subject to mandatory law, unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
